Sentry = 15 points, Minotaur = 30 points, Wraith = 60 points." "Score 1000 points by knocking enemies out of the arena. I would press L1 + square maybe twice, quickly dodge them, and pick off any stragglers that wonder away from the group. It gets a little annoying, but for these guys, pull out the Blades of Exile. When you face the smaller enemies, you're going to want to be careful because of their speed and their neeeeeed. The minotaurs shouldn't create too much havoc, their sections are pretty straight forward. When they charge, quickly jump and nudge R3 to evade their attacks. Holding the square button down is pretty effective as well. I used the Nemesis Whip against the minotaurs and was able to get quick kills by mashing the square button. My main weapon of use for this challenge was the Nemesis Whip and occasionally the Blades of Exile. This will immediately petrify you, quickening the process in which it will take to finish the challenge! Tap L1 and don't press any of the on-screen buttons. Pressing L1 makes it seem like you want to ricochet their attack when actually all you're doing is speeding up the petrifying process. Once they start shooting that green poop at you, immediately press L1. In order to get them to petrify you, stand a ways away from them. So, this technique makes this challenge one of the more easier ones. You literally have to stand still in order for them to hit you. This challenge isn't difficult because of the amount and size of the enemies that spawn, it's more so difficult and a pain in the toosh because of the duration it takes for the Gorgons to actually petrify you. It had me stumped for a good hour or so, until I figured out the perfect technique. Without a doubt, this challenge was most definitely the hardest to figure out. "Allow the Gorgons to turn you to stone 10 times without dying." Also know that smaller enemies still spawn near the end of the challenge, so give them a quick O + triangle to quickly finish them off. You're better off picking up the smaller enemies and continually bashing them into the bigger ones. It wastes a ton of time to go through the animated motions. Note: You do not and should not press the O button when it hovers over the bigger enemies heads. They have a pretty good chance of falling off, killing them completely. If they are on the edge of the arena, ram them straight on. The best way to hit the bigger enemies is to circle them. Be careful though, try not to run into the rocks for it wastes a lot of time. Pick up the enemy and press square to then ram it into the bigger enemies. My strategy is to run to the right as soon as the time starts. The challenge itself really isn't too terrible, but the time that you're given makes me want to rip out my eye balls and gnaw on sandpaper sandwich. In this challenge, time is definitely your worst enemy. "Before time runs out, kill all the enemies without using any weapons."Īfter being defeated in this challenge numerous times by maybe a millisecond, I found a great strategy. After doing that multiple times, pull out your Nemean Cestus to clear the already weakened enemies up. Doing this will break up the crowds gathering around you and will kill or separate the majority of them. What I did, was simple grab an enemy and press square. I would recommend to not use your melee attacks at all. This challenge is really easy and can be done practically on your first try. "Don't allow there to be more than 50 enemies at the same time.
